This is really a formula rather than a recipe. You will need:
– milk
– water
– instant polenta
in the ratio of 2:2:1
for example
2 cups milk, 2 cups water, 1 cup polenta will feed 6 people.
Bring the milk and the water (and a little salt) to the boil.
Add the polenta, while stirring briskly, and continue to stir until cooked. This will take between 1 and 5 minutes, depending on your brand of instant polenta.
For added flavour, stir in some grated parmesan.
